Chiropractic care involves safe, gentle, manipulation of joints in the spine or other areas of the body which are not functioning correctly. It also involves a number of other techniques including mobilisation, ice, heat and exercise. We also offer advice about posture and lifestyle. Although chiropractors are best known for treating low back pain and neck pain, we can assist with a number of other conditions as well. All our Chiropractors are GCC registered.
Remedial massage is one of the most effective and readily available ways to prevent and treat muscle injuries, pain and soreness. Remedial massage is based on the fact that soft tissue (muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia) respond to touch. Treatment employs massage techniques designed to treat both deep and superficial tissues, not dissimilar to those used in sports massage. The remedial massage therapist uses skilled manipulation combined with in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology to bring about pain relief, correcting and normalising the body’s muscles and soft tissues.
"Couldn't ask for nicer people, I bought the groupon for my grandmother and she was very impressed and we were both looked after whilst there. She was even offered a return visit free of charge as the first one didn't take very long which was kind of them. I know my grandmother is keen to come back."- Emily J via Groupon -
"My first appointment was very pleasant, felt at ease and she was taking a very professional interest in my injury and opened a lot of doors for me to pursue. Highly recommended. "- Gary C, Via Groupon -
"Excellent service, I would thoroughly recommend Jodi. She is lovely and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. Everything was explained thoroughly. "- Samantha G, Via Groupon -
"I cannot recommend Jodi enough! She gave me so much support and amazing treatment through my pregnancy when the NHS has little to offer. The clinic is relaxing, professional and welcoming!"- Sally R, Via Facebook -
